Hi I'm Gineth, owner and coach at Let's Get Fit. That's me in the picture, my first World Championship 70.3 in Nice, 2019. This moment represents years of dedication, passion, and the belief that anything is possible with the right training and mindset.

For over 25 years, I’ve been coaching athletes in Coral Springs and Parkland, transforming lives through endurance sports.
